Job Description: Program Coordinator (2)
Location: Montgomery, Alabama & Memphis, Tennessee
Position Type: Part-Time Contract (Approximately 20 hours per month)

Position Summary:
Levi's Grace, Inc. is seeking two compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Program Coordinators, one based in Montgomery, Alabama, and the other in Memphis, Tennessee. The Program Coordinator will play a key role in building relationships with local hospitals, funeral homes, and other community organizations, as well as coordinating events and supporting families facing pregnancy and infant loss. This position is ideal for graduate students or individuals with a background in healthcare, nursing, counseling, or infant care.
Key Responsibilities:

Community Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, funeral homes, and other relevant organizations to raise awareness of Levi's Grace's mission and services.

Event Coordination: Work closely with the founders to plan and execute online and in-person events designed to support families facing pregnancy and infant loss.

Resource Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for Levi's Grace to support causes and initiatives that advance healthy pregnancy experiences.

Family Support Coordination: Collaborate with counselors and other professionals to provide emotional support and resources to grieving families.

Administrative Tasks: Manage the organization's email account, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely communication with community partners and families.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to the founders on outreach efforts, event planning, and family support initiatives.
Qualifications:

Background in healthcare, nursing, counseling, infant care, or a related field preferred, but not required.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting families in crisis.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with the Montgomery or Memphis community is a plus.

Experience in event planning or community outreach is preferred.
Compensation:
This is a part-time position with an expectation of approximately 20 hours of work per month (5 hours per week). Compensation will be paid as a stipend of $400.00/month. The selected coordinators will report directly to the organization's two founders - Terri Reynolds (Montgomery, Alabama) and Constance Certion (Memphis, Tennessee).
